These Terms of Service apply to jaspertourism.ca (“Jasper Tourism,” “the site”), operated by The Travel Spark Company LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.
1. An independent guide
Jasper Tourism provides editorial travel information and links to third-party travel services. We are not a government agency, Parks Canada, an official tourism authority or a tour operator. Our content is for general planning, not professional safety, medical, legal or other advice.
2. Check before you travel
Conditions, access, opening hours, routes, fees and services can change without notice. Weather, wildfire impacts and seasonal closures can affect any itinerary. Confirm current park information with Parks Canada and details with the relevant operator before travelling. Assess your own abilities, equipment and circumstances, follow local rules, and use qualified local guidance where appropriate.
We take care with our guides but do not promise that all information is complete, current or error-free. Automated trip suggestions, where offered, may contain errors and are not a booking confirmation or a substitute for official information.
3. Tours, accommodation and affiliate links
Some links are affiliate links. If you book through them, we may receive a commission at no extra cost to you. This helps support the site. Provider-supplied ratings, prices, offers and availability may change; currencies, taxes, fees, age restrictions, inclusions and cancellation deadlines must be checked with the provider before payment.
Bookings and purchases take place with the third-party provider under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not process your travel payment or control the provider’s performance, availability, safety standards or refunds. Contact the provider shown on your confirmation for booking support. A link is not a guarantee of a service or endorsement of every provider statement.
4. Permitted use
You may use the site for lawful personal travel research and share links to our pages. Do not attack or disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, submit spam or unlawful content, impersonate another person, or use automated tools in a way that interferes with normal service. Do not reproduce substantial parts of our original content for commercial redistribution without permission.
5. Content and photographs
Our original writing, branding and design are owned by or licensed to us. Third-party photographs and other materials remain subject to their creators’ rights and applicable licences. Photo credits and source links are available in the footer. Nothing in these terms restricts rights granted directly by an applicable open licence or by law.
6. Messages and newsletter
Provide accurate contact details and only share information you are entitled to send. Please do not submit payment credentials, passport details or other sensitive information. We may use an enquiry to respond and investigate the issue raised. Newsletter subscription is optional and separate from contacting us; you may unsubscribe at any time. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and liability
The site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not give warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or third-party services.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights. You remain responsible for your travel decisions and for confirming information important to your plans.

We may update these terms as the site changes. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be indicated on this page. Changes apply from their stated effective date and do not remove rights that have already accrued.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where The Travel Spark Company LLC is organized, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of protections or rights that apply mandatorily under the law of your place of residence. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
